Returns and Exchange policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If things aren't quite right, our return and exchange policy is designed to be as straightforward as possible.
1. Retail Returns (Individual Customers)
For items purchased directly through our retail storefront:
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges: We offer one free exchange per order for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability.
- Refunds: Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized/customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Wholesale Returns & Claims (B2B)
Wholesale orders are subject to specific terms to ensure the integrity of our inventory and partnerships:
- Reporting Window: Any discrepancies, damages, or defective items must be reported in writing within 7 days of shipment receipt.
- Restocking Fee: Returns for reasons other than manufacturer defect or shipping error are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Authorization: All wholesale returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA will not be processed.
- Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Cancellations: Orders cancelled after they have been processed but before shipping may incur a processing fee.
3. How to Start a Return
- Visit our Returns Portal: Enter your order number and zip code to begin.
- Print your Label: For retail orders, a prepaid shipping label will be generated (the cost of which may be deducted from your refund).
- Ship it Back: Securely pack your items and drop them off at any authorized carrier location.
Note: Please keep your tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery to our warehouse.
