6. Payment Terms
Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
Shipping & Returns
7. Shipping Policy
We ship to addresses within the United States and select international locations. Shipping times and costs vary based on destination and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

In no event shall our company or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website, even if we or our authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Wholesale Account Terms
1. Account Eligibility
Wholesale accounts are available to qualified businesses only. To be eligible, you must:
- Operate a legitimate retail business with a physical storefront or established online presence
- Provide a valid business license and tax identification number
- Provide business references upon request
- Agree to maintain our brand standards and product presentation guidelines
2. Account Approval
All wholesale account applications are subject to approval. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion. Account approval may take 3-5 business days. Once approved, you will receive login credentials and access to wholesale pricing.
Ordering & Pricing
3. Minimum Order Requirements
Initial Order: Minimum order value of $500 USD
Reorders: Minimum order value of $250 USD
Orders below the minimum may be subject to a small order fee or may be declined.
4. Wholesale Pricing
Wholesale prices are typically 50% off retail prices. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Volume discounts may be available for large orders. Special pricing or promotional discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
5. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. During peak seasons, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any delays. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and shipped.
Payment Terms
6. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for wholesale orders:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Wire transfer or ACH (for orders over $1,000)
- Net 30 terms (subject to credit approval for established accounts)
7. Payment Due Dates
Payment is due upon order placement unless Net 30 terms have been approved. For Net 30 accounts, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge and may result in suspension of account privileges.
Shipping & Delivery
8. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping may be available for orders over $1,000. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. International shipping rates vary by location.
9. Delivery Times
Standard delivery is 5-10 business days from order processing. Expedited options are available. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns & Defects
10. Defective Products
Defective products must be reported within 7 days of receipt. We will replace defective items at no charge or issue a credit. Return authorization is required before returning any products. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use or storage.
11. Returns Policy
Wholesale orders are generally non-returnable except for defective merchandise. Returns due to ordering errors may be accepted within 14 days at our discretion, subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returned items must be in original, resalable condition.
Brand & Resale Terms
12. Resale Restrictions
Products purchased at wholesale prices are for resale through approved retail channels only. You may not:
- Sell products on unauthorized online marketplaces without prior written approval
- Advertise products below our minimum advertised price (MAP) policy
- Alter, modify, or rebrand our products
- Make unauthorized claims about product features or benefits
13. Territory Restrictions
Your wholesale account is approved for sales within your specified territory only. Expansion into new territories requires prior written approval. We reserve the right to establish exclusive territories for certain retailers.
14. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate wholesale accounts for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any conduct that damages our brand reputation. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.
