Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to us is attempted.

EXCEPTIONS AND NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We are unable to ensure exchanges on any items as some may sell out of stock. Returned merchandise will be processed for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
We recommend purchasing the correct size of the desired item, and then shipping back the returned product so that you do not miss out on the item. Store credit cannot be applied to that new order that has been placed. Credit MUST be used for future purchases.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
